Hi. I'm colombian. I paint for hobby since 1979. My workart is almost 94 paints.  Some of my workarts are allready owned by private persons. I'm actually interested in selling some paints. I need your kind help to access buyer's market. Please tell my what is the current procedure. Thanks a lot.
